At Vizdomtech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to return a product or request a refund. Please review the following policy which applies to all our security packages.
Return Policy
Eligible Products:

Alarm System Packages (Up Front & Pay As You Go)

Wireless CCTV System Packages

Wired Camera System Packages
Return Window:

Products may be returned within 30 days of the installation date.

All returned items must be in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
Conditions:

Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

Equipment purchased under the "Up Front Package" must be returned undamaged for a full return.

Installation and setup fees are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Full Refunds May Be Issued If:

The return is initiated within the 30-day return window.

The product is returned in like-new condition with all original components.

Cancellation of service is requested before activation or installation.
Partial Refunds May Apply:

If the system has been installed and partially used within the return window.

For equipment returned without original packaging or accessories, a restocking fee of 20% will apply. A standard 10% deduction will be applied to all returns.
Non-Refundable Items:

Monthly service fees after 30 days of use.

Installation and tax charges.

Equipment purchased through the "Up Front Package" after 30 days.
